Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

If you requested at the time of booking that the consultation begin during the withdrawal period and the session has already partially taken place, you are required to pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already rendered (§ 357 para. 8 BGB).

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services

What this means for your Nexstorya booking:

Every booking via nexstorya.de includes your express consent to the consultation taking place within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once the session has been fully completed, your right of withdrawal expires under § 356 para. 4 BGB – a refund is no longer possible after that point.

The right of withdrawal expires once Nexstorya has fully performed the consulting service – provided you expressly agreed to early commencement at the time of booking.

During the booking process, you therefore confirm the following statement:

I expressly agree that the performance of the service shall begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period. I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

When does the right of withdrawal expire?

The right of withdrawal expires for service contracts when:

Nexstorya has fully performed the consulting service and you expressly agreed at the time of booking that the service would commence before the end of the withdrawal period, while simultaneously confirming your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance (§ 356 para. 4 BGB). This applies to all bookings made via nexstorya.de.
